Awesome! I hope you’re excited, ’cause I’ve put a lot of time and effort into creating this powerhouse-of-a-site (although it looks simple, my goal is to make this the most resourceful fitness site out there when it comes to helping others learn how to workout at home and achieve results)…
Here’s where the idea to birth ExpressHomeworkouts.com came from….
I constantly had clients traveling during summer vacation and other times throughout the year. Those motivated clients would ask me to draft up an exercise routine to take with them on vacation so they could continue seeing results. Working out on vacation — That’s what you call true dedication! ;-)
Once my clients family members and friends out-of-state started seeing the drastic changes in their body — Their friends and family members started emailing me and wanting me to design a program for them to lose weight and tone up. Me being the great guy that I am (wink), I said, “Sure”…
So after getting bombarded with Facebook messages, family and friend request, and drafting countless fitness programs…
I thought, “Why not make this available through video on a website and help ANYONE that wants lasting results?” And that’s when this virtual real estate was created – your ultimate video workouts website.
Over the past 10 years I’ve been very fortunate to help individuals just like you lose weight and get in the best shape of their lives! Every body-type you can imagine…. has seen incredible results from my coaching.
I have taken the Ultimate Fitness Formula that I’ve helped those individuals with and now I’m making it available online via videos and other media. The Home Video Workouts, Motivational Coaching, and Nutrition Guidance that I’ll be providing is aimed at getting you the results you’re looking for in half the time!
Here’s how I plan on helping YOU, starting right now: I’ve prepared some detailed home workouts showing EXACTLY how to workout at home or any other location other than the gym. Whether you’re in a hotel or traveling on vacation, you’ll be able to perform these workouts. The exercises I outline in the videos are designed to target specific muscle groups and effectively burn body fat from your problem areas.
As the title states – This is a cardio routine that is CRAZY! It’s not only effective for fat burning and toning but it’s also very time efficient.
In the video, I demonstrate 5 exercises you can do that will get you in the fat burning zone in warp speed. And what’s even more Awesome about it… It’s only a 10 minute workout.
Each set is about 3 minutes in length. Once you complete one set – you perform two more consecutive sets with 30 seconds between sets.
This home cardio routine is convenient for any space in your home or while you’re traveling because it doesn’t require any equipment… Just effort from YOU!
Next, I have a great home ab workout routine for you. Do you have a little belly fat to get rid of? I think I already know the answer to that question. I show you 3 incredible ab exercises to target all parts of your abdominals.
I explain the exact amount of repetitions I want you to do for each exercise. This workout will take you no time to complete but if done correctly, you’ll feel it the next day when you laugh. Say bye-bye to belly fat.
Again, you don’t need any fancy equipment – just a floor with a little space and maybe an exercise mat for a little comfort. Do exactly the number of repetitions I state in the video for great results.
If you have more time in your day go ahead and knock out another set. The last exercise I show you in this ab routine is one of my favorites – you’re gonna Love It!!
In this 3rd home workout video you’re gonna sculpt the entire body with the fat shredding moves I’m gonna show ya. This workout requires dumbbells for added resistance.
The concentration and focus I explain to you in this workout video shows you how to work on your problem areas. I also show you an ab exercise that emphasizes lower and upper abs.
By taking the approach to exercise that I show you in this video – it’s alot more effective than spending an hour on a treadmill or any piece of cardio equipment.
I don’t know about you but I’d rather not spend an hour on a treadmill if I have a quick workout that would produce the same or even better results.
